I started a new website!
Don’t worry. Thousandaire will continue as usual with posts 3-5 times a week and music videos (whenever I actually get around to posting them). This is a brand new, completely different site.
In fact, I’m not doing it alone. Tag and I are starting a new website. That’s right, we are gonna tag team on a website that tracks our P90x workout in the new year. Get it? Tag and I are tag teaming. It’s a play on words. It’s funny. Right?
I Wasn’t Kidding About Getting in Shape
We are serious about getting in great shape over the next three months, and we are going to track our progress every single day on our website. We’ll write about how we are feeling before, during, and after workouts, along with some other stuff about what we are eating, motivation, and tips to make the workouts easier/more fun/less soul crushing.
It’s really just a journal to hold ourselves accountable to the program, and we are making it public.
The best thing of all is that you’ll get to see constant picture updates of both me and Tag. That’s right. The beautiful, lovely, gorgeous Tag will be posting pictures of her body transformation over the workout. I’d show up just for that myself! I’ll be posting pictures as well (not that anyone cares about that!).
It’s gonna be a lot of work to maintain two sites, but with Tag’s help I think we can do it.
We started on Monday and are already a few days in. So make sure to bookmark P90XWorkoutBlog.com, follow us on twitter, subscribe to our feed, and/or follow us on youtube.
Work Out With Us
If you have thought about getting in shape, or maybe you made a new year’s resolution to get in shape, I encourage you to join Tag and I during our workouts. If you want to do P90X (my affiliate link) that’s great. If you just want to do your own thing for the next 90 days along with us, that’s awesome too.
I’ve never been able to get a good workout by myself and I know there are lots of people out there that feel the same way. Tag and I hope our website encourages some people to work out with us, and I hope you’re one of them.
Make Some Money Working Out?
Of course it wouldn’t be a post on Thousandaire without a little bit of personal finance. You may have noticed I posted an affiliate link above. Here’s another one in case you missed it. I’ve signed up to be a “Team Beachbody Coach”, which is a sales/affiliate program for the P90X workout and other products made by this company.
Basically, Tag and I might make a few extra bucks by referring people to the P90X site to buy workout programs, equipment, supplements, or anything else they sell. I figure if we are going to post a daily journal, we might as well try to make a couple dollars off it too.
If this does become profitable and turns into a nice secondary income stream, I will definitely write more about it here and let you guys know what I did in case you want to try the same thing or something similar. If I don’t make any money on it, then we can all just pretend it never happened.
I hate pushy sales people and I would never be comfortable pressuring people into buying something that wasn’t right for them. I respect people and their money too much to do that. If that’s what it takes to make money with this then I’m gonna fail. Tag and I are just going to tell our story, put a few links out there, and if people want buy exercise stuff through our links then that’s great!
The worst that can happen is I have washboard abs, rippling biceps and no money. Best case scenario, I have washboard abs, rippling biceps, and billions of dollars. I’m hoping for the best case scenario.

Cool project! I did P90X myself a few years ago, and I got great results. It’s not just a gimmick; it really does work and it’s really hard, too (as I’m sure you’re finding out).
Unfortunately, I didn’t keep up with it, so I’m working my way through Insanity now.
Good luck getting into shape and with the new site, too!
Good luck with it. If you’re as sore from that as I am with P90X, then I feel for you!
That’s why these 90 days programs do not appeal to me. I know I probably won’t keep up with it. I’d rather do something I can keep up with for the long term.
The plan does give you suggestions for how to maintain after you’ve been through your 90 days. There are also plenty of other programs like P90X2, Insanity, and other workouts that are similar if you want to move onto something else (and pay for the next program)
So, is her real name Ruth or Tag? Or maybe they are both code names…
Tag stands for ThousandAire Girlfriend. Ruth is the name she’s using on the P90X workout blog. Whether that’s her real name or not, well, you’ll just have to decide for yourself. 🙂
Just to clarify, my real name is Ruth and not Tag. I told Kevin he should have been writing my “nickname” as TAG because I think that would make it much more obvious that it stands for something, but he never listens…haha
I didnt know that tag was an abbreviation – I just thought it may be short for something. At any rate – keep working on it! its pretty awesome that you’ve got a partner in crime – and you’ll both benefit from completing the program!
Yep, if she wasn’t keeping me honest I probably already would have taken a day off. Workout partners are the best!
I love the pic Kevin…and the play on words!!
Haha thanks! At least one person thinks I’m funny!
Sounds intense. I don’t think I have the will power to do it. But, I am starting to exercise more than I was in Nov-Dec. Every little bit counts, right?
If you’re doing better today than you were yesterday, then that’s a pretty good start in my opinion.
You are rediculously handsome in your pic. Good luck with the program. I’m curious to read about your results.
Yeah. Some people might look at that pic and say I don’t need P90X. They would say I need to spend my time taking some photo editing classes. 🙂
Crickey! You’ve only been using P90x for a few days and you’re already ripped! We’d all be stupid not to buy P90x! Hahaha! My wife has P90x and loves it (only when she actually uses it).
